Each tea blend in our collections are custom blended and produced in small batches to ensure optimum quality upon delivery. Due to this process, you can expect delivery of your products within 5-7 business days. (Not including weekends and holidays).
Return & Exchange Policy
All teas are FINAL SALE. We cannot offer any returns or exchanges on consumable products. However, tea accessories (tea pots, cups, mugs, strainers and infusers) may be returned within 2 weeks (14 Days) of purchase if damaged. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
